Superb effort from all the transformers today who smashed the Cooper Park stairs!

A solid workout combining partner strength exercises, stair training and fartlek running.

We finished the session with a game of card shark and Congratulations to the Pink Team who won the game!

This Saturday we will see you all at….. The Cronulla Sand Dunes!!! The biggest and best workout of the 6 week challenge.
