In this week’s video, I’m performing a workout with a heavy club and a pair of light Indian clubs.
By combining these two training tools, we’re getting the strength and conditioning benefits of the heavy club along with the mobility and muscle endurance benefits of the lighter clubs.
This workout is excellent for targeting shoulder, grip, and core strength.
Instructions:
This workout consists of 4 x 4-minute rounds. There are 4 exercises in each round. Perform each exercise for 50 seconds, taking a 10-second rest between exercises. Each round lasts 4 minutes. After completing a round, take a 60-second rest before jumping straight into round 2. There are 4 rounds in total, so the workout will take 20 minutes.
Exercises:
1. Heavy Club: Cycle Mill
2. Indian Club: Double Inside Mill
3. Heavy Club: Outside (reverse) Cycle Mill
4. Indian Club: Double Outside Mill
