Cellulites are big bummers! Just when you thought you’ve had all that weight loss doesn’t mean that the cellulites will disappear automatically without the exercise. No Ma’am! That hot new bikini will just have to wait.

It should be a huge consolation knowing that even pop stars like Britney Spears had to battle it out with the lumps and bumps. In her latest photo shoot for Shape Magazine, some people credit her seemingly perfect skin to airbrushing.

Britney Loses Cellulite In Photoshoot: Airbrush Or Exercise?

In an interview with Shape magazine where the Oops I Did It Again singer poses on their front cover in a strappy white bikini, she opens up: “Dieting is tough… Because my specialties are spaghetti, brownies and chocolate chip cookies.”

The 31-year-old pop sensation has been known over the years to have have gone up and down in weight, particularly in 2008 when the star was going through some difficult personal times.

Britney has always been in fairly good shape but just like any human being, she has been photographed with a bit of cellulite once or twice, most recently on her way to the gym in L.A.

Can we really get rid of cellulites? According to Youtube sensation fitness guru, Sarah Dussault, once you develop cellulites, it would really be difficult to lose them and the most you can do is to build some muscles to tighten the skin on those areas through some workouts.

There’s no harm in trying, right? After all, she did mention, some belong to a group of really fortunate ones whose cellulites actually disappear after working them off.

Here are some recommended exercises to help you with your cellulites:

Exercises To Get Rid Of Cellulites

1.Deep Squats

To do deep squat, you may use a crate or a step box to gauge how low you’re going with your squats.

Stand straight with your feet a shoulder-width apart.

Keeping your heels flat on the floor, bend your knees and go down, slightly leaning forward as if to sit on the crate/step box.

Let your hands meet in front of you every time you go down to keep your balance. Keep your movements slow and controlled.

Do deep squats in 10 reps progressing to 25 as you level up in fitness capacity.

2.Deep Lunges

Lunge forward, keeping your hands in your hips. Go low but don’t let your knees touch the ground.

3.Thigh Raise

Lie on the floor, face down. Prop your head up with your hands beneath your chin.

Lift one your legs higher than her buttocks. Keep your knees straight; instead of doing this exercise by reps, count every lift and suspending it for at least 5 seconds before slowly bringing it down.

4.Sitting Leg Raises

Sit on the floor with your legs straight and relaxed. Lean back with your hands on the floor and slightly behind you.

Lift your right leg at least 6 inches off the ground and hold for 5 seconds.

Keep the knees, your back and your elbows straight while doing this exercise.

5.Pony Kick

Go down on your fours; your arms must be directly in front of your shoulders. Bend your knees slightly for your toes to point upwards, and lift it up. Hold it for at least 5 seconds working up to 25 when you’re strong enough.

6.Ballet Lifts

With your hands lightly resting on bars, slowly lift your leg up and hold for 5 seconds, then slowly bring it back down. Do this exercise in 20 reps.

There you go. Exercises that target those ugly cellulites. Try them and see for yourself how those ugly dumplings will go away as your legs, buttocks and abdominal areas slim down and firm up.
