I like my 6kg Mace and use it regularly in my workouts – training shoulders & arms (I am an aerial artist). I find the weight is distributed a little more evenly throughout the whole length of the Mace instead of just being predominantly in the ball at the end. Don’t get me wrong, the ball is still the heavy end – but the weight feels more evenly spread than other Mace’s i’ve used in the past. This could be a good thing or bad thing I guess, depending on what you’re looking for… but I like it.

The product is absolutely solid. Great detailing as described on Dan’s videos. Top quality. They feel fun to hold and are a challenge to get going with. Obviously Dan has had some practice. I’m still trying to get a flow going but TBH know I need to put more time in.

Amazing quality mace. I’m just starting out on my mace flow journey and while I’ve also bought a 10kg and a 14kg (out of hubris), the 6kg is an amazing tool for a good, fun workout. I come from a fire spinning and martial arts background so having a fun, hard flow tool to use is great and I’m learning fast!

When I first purchased a 10kg mace I thought my next would be 14kg or something like that. Little did I know. Wow. The 10kg mace is brilliant but the torque is shocking. That’s good but one hell of a surprise. Single handed swings with this beast are beyond me.
The 6kg mace is perfect. I can do high volume two handed swings and a modest number of one handed swings. Something to work on but realistic.
The product itself is great and I really enjoy swinging these things. After decades of barbells and a fair bit of time with KB’s over the last 15 years it’s a great mix up and hopefully will help me keep surfing and skiing for the next 20 years.
