The water can become cloudy if left in the bag for several months, to prevent this from happening add 1/4 cup of plain white vinegar for every 4 litres of water inside the bag. The vinegars acidity will help neutralize the alkalinity in the water preventing the discolouration of the water.
If you would like to keep track of exactly how much water is in the bag before emptying, lay the bag flat and use a non-water resistant marker to mark the water level on the side of bag. Now you’ll know exactly how much water to use the next time you fill the bag.
When performing push ups on the bag ensure the valve and logo are facing upwards.
Avoid leaving the aqua bag in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time and cover with a towel if left in the car.
If possible store the bag away from extreme cold or heat to avoid the water freezing or the plastic from melting.
