A great addition my other DF aqua bags. Fun and challenging Kettlebell style workouts and an easy packdown when I finally stop using it as much.

I bought the Aqua Ball as for travelling and I love it.

It packs small, is easy to use and allows me to do my kettlebell workouts everywhere, independent of access to a gyms or equipment.

Little side note: I am doing the ‘simple and sinister’ routine as part of my practice and do swings, TGUs and squats @20kg with a KB -> doing TGUs this with the Aqua Ball at the same weight has been challenging as the weight is further of your wrist and the movement of the water increases the difficulty, so if you are in the same strength range it might be better to start with a 15kg ball first…

All in all I really recommend it as a training equipment. I even use it to substitute my range of kettlebells at home. Give it a try 😉
