The workouts are for beginner through to advanced. We begin the first few weeks covering the fundamentals then increase the complexity on week 4.

That’s okay! Coordination is a skill that can be developed with practice. Take it at your own pace and focus on form rather than speed. You can also try modifications for exercises and gradually build up to more complex movements. Remember, everyone starts somewhere and the most important thing is to keep practising and stay consistent.

I recommend 3 workouts per week for good results, but to achieve optimal results, aim for 4 workouts per week. Ideally, you should aim to include 2 steel mace workouts and 2 steel club workouts in your weekly routine, with the remaining 3 days reserved for rest or active recovery activities.

Age should not be a barrier to starting any fitness program. The most important thing is to listen to your body and start at a level that is comfortable for you. As you progress, you can increase the intensity and complexity of your workouts. It ‘s also important to consult a doctor or professional before starting any new training program. Remember, it’s never too late or early to take care of your health and fitness. Everyone can benefit from regular exercise and by taking the first step, you are making an investment in your well-being.
