I recently completed the Level 1 & 2 Kettlebell certification online and loved it. The structure of the program is easy to follow and the content is great. I’ve learnt a lot of useful tips and skills to incorporate into my clients and my own training sessions. Something that was a stand out for me was the support Dan gives throughout the course. Quick responses and helpful tips to master the techniques. I would highly recommend this course!

Dan’s Steel mace course is unmatchable with a set of really high quality explainer videos. Up to the point, and accessible easily, each video highlights the DOs and DONTs with mace training. I’m looking forward to more courses from Dangerously Fit like Kettlebell and Steel Clubs Level 1 and 2 Certifications.
I just completed the Functional Strength Masterclass in Sydney, yesterday. Four full-on hours of foundational kettlebell, heavy club and steel mace techniques – and at times pretty challenging. I came away with several new and super-valuable things to add into my otherwise socially isolated functional strength workouts. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to get ‘real’ world strong, and develop mobility and endurance. It’s awesome, and Dan’s instruction style is easy-going and also easy to implement.
Well, I just have to say as an already qualified Master Personal Trainer and Qualified Diet & Nutritionist, I already carry a Level 2 Kettlebell Instructor recognized by EREPS and REPS. However, after a good chat with Dan he insisted I should try Dangerously Fit Level 1 & 2 (online as my business is in Spain)… and WOW WOW WOW what an awesome choice and advice I took. The Level 1 had basically more exercises to perform than I had to do on my already Level 2, and the DF Level 2 surpasses anything ive witnessed. Dan corrected several areas which after the correction not only did I feel the difference it made me happy and excited that I can now teach much better and correct form especially on Kettlebell exercises I hadn’t even tried or seen. The feedback is second to none the video tutorials are so detailed. My only suggestion is if you practice the juggling either first work on fast feet or invest in Steel toe cap trainers!!!!! Dan and DF thank you and I look forward to the Mace Training that I will be applying for. ‘When we stop learning We stop Earning”
Just completed Steel Club 1 and 2 online. I took the course purely for my own self development but I can see why, as a personal trainer, you would want to invest in yourself and add this to your business. It would certainly provide a point of difference and set you apart from the crowd. Dan’s teaching style is empathetic and effective with guidance and corrective instruction being given where required. Videos are clear and of high quality and as a bonus, the course material will provide a comprehensive, lifelong reference source for the future. Highly recommended!

I just completed Kettlebell Principles Level 1 and Kettlebell Supremacy 2 with Dan here in Melbourne. Given all the positive words I’d read about Dan and his courses it’s fair to say that my expectations had been set pretty high. Well Dan smashed those expectations right out of the park. I completed the Level 1 & 2 Kettlebell Certification in Darwin this weekend. Not having a lot to do with KB’s previously, I found the course challenging but also very rewarding. Dan covered the basics from teaching cues and fixes to the more advanced movements as well as regressions. Perfect balance of theory to practical and some killer group challenges. I would definitely recommend this course to other trainers and I look forward to using my new skills to vary my own training as well as benefit my clients.

I did the Level 1 Kettlebell course with Dan in Adelaide – I’m not a PT, I was doing it for my own development and it was definitely a day well spent. Dan certainly knows his stuff and being a trainer-based course, you have a chance to recap properly by showing a classmate how to do each exercise – it’s a great way to make sure you have learned it. 5 stars, would definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to learn to lift and swing a bell properly!

I completed two days of kettlebell training with Dan at Dangerously Fit Academy. Dan is a great coach and I certainly learned many different moves and exercises with Kettlebells. If you have a client base who would benefit from Functional Training and Strength and Conditioning, I very much recommended the Kettlebell Principles Level 1 and Kettlebell Supremacy courses. But be prepared for two days of fairly intense physical activity.

I first discovered Dangerously Fit when trying to order my first pair of Clubbells. I was fortunate enough that Dan was holding a few workshops on the Sunshine Coast and I’m really glad I made the trip up. I’ve done both of Dan’s Clubbell and Kettlebell workshops and I’ve learned a lot doing both of them. The Steel Clubbells were completely new to me and Dan took us through all the core movements so that a beginner would be able to get through. The same for Dan’s kettlebell Workshop. We started off getting the key movements right before dialling up the skills. More than anything, I like the functional movement base that Dan is providing. This isn’t something I’m experienced in different gyms across Brisbane and I’m glad I took up the opportunity to train with Dan.

But, Dan made things easier and we had so much fun doing it! I’ve just completed Steel Mace Level 1. It’s a fantastic course. The majority of content is presented in easily accessible short videos with great attention to detail. You will learn a vast array of steel mace techniques. Highly recommended.
Having additional functional options for my personal training clients is really important. I found Dan’s Steel Mace Level 1 online course ideal. The learning system is easy to navigate, the videos are short to the point and Dan doesn’t waffle on he just gets straight into the important stuff. The necessary safety steps are covered. The material is easy to follow and Dan is very responsive to questions. I’m loving my Steel Mace and new skills.

The IFSC online course was very comprehensive in video and theory content. With so many exercises to learn, the videos are nice and short and direct to the point. I loved how Dan pointed out common error points and cues to ensure optimal and safe exercise form. Dan was also always fast in answering any queries, flexible and very helpful giving pointers to be more energy efficient and what to apply to reduce the risk of injury. Also loved how the course is packaged with equipment! Very unique equipment at that! The equipment is very functional and different to your common gym ones!

Just finished up the Level 1 + 2 kettlebell courses online. The courses were very well put together with detailed videos featuring clear step by step instructions for each movement. The progression from start to finish is well thought out and I would strongly recommend this course to those of you who wish to utilise kettlebells in their training.
I’ve started to train select clients with Clubs, and Mace work. It’s so good to include these new skills in what I have to offer as a personal trainer. We’re incorporating some fundamental movements into programming. The clients love it – partially because it’s something different and because, well, it’s also slightly dangerous. No pun intended :). In all seriousness, they can see the benefits with the challenges of offset and hip hinge type movements. I’m hoping they love it mainly because I’m so enthusiastic about the benefits I’ve personally experienced: My grip strength has exponentially increased. My mid/upper back and shoulders are stronger (which was what interested me in this type of movement in the first place) Much more aware of activating supporting upper and lower body muscles before lifting, swinging, or moving anything unstable above my head. I could go on further, but in summary these courses have been invaluable – thanks again.
Just completed the kettlebell level 1 course. All done online, enjoyed every bit as I wanted to pick up a new skill while being in Isolation. This was the perfect thing. After thinking for a long times I finally decided to enrol in both KB Level 1 & 2 course online. A very smooth communication from making enquiries to enrolling into the course, Dan is really good on cueing Kettlebell exercises. I would’ve thought that it’s gonna be hard to do the course online. However that’s how impressed I was with Dan. He breaks everything down step by step. You just have to put those steps in order like how you would with Lego. As a personal trainer, I wanted to invest in education and expand my knowledge. I searched high and low on the internet for an online kettlebell course, but with the current adaptations of the world turning even more virtual, it can still be a hit or miss with online courses. I am very happy to say that Dangerously Fit’s Kettlebell level 1 and 2 courses were a hit! Completed Kettlebell Level 1 last Saturday in Melbourne and it was amazing. Learned plenty about the technique and form required for kettlebell use and got an awesome workout in the process. Dan is an awesome teacher and would highly recommend his classes to anyone I no looking for fitness skills.
