Perform 100 reps of the following exercises in any order. There is no right or wrong way to do this workout, you can perform however many reps as you want in each set as long as you reach 100-reps in total for each exercise. If you don’t finish before the 20-minute mark, stop the workout and record your reps. If you do finish the workout in under 20-minutes, the next time you perform this workout try to beat your time or use a heavier weight.
