Instructions:

There are 3 stations, on each station there are 2 exercises, stay on each station for 6-minutes, perform 6 reps of Exercise A, then 6 reps of Exercise B, power through as many sets as possible in the 6-minutes. Rest 60-seconds then move onto the next station.

Station 1

  • Exercise A: Tornado’s
  • Exercise B: 3 down push ups

Station 2

  • Exercise A: 10-To-2 lunges
  • Exercise B: Trailblazers (standing)

Station 3

  • Exercise A: Rotational archers
  • Exercise B: Reverse side lunge
