Instructions:

Perform 5 reps of each exercise. Once you have performed all 5 exercises, take a 50 second rest, then perform your 2nd set. Complete 5 sets in total.

  2. Two handed barbarian squat
  3. Gamma cast (each side)
  4. Two handed mill (each side)
  5. Two handed clock squat (each side)
