Perform 100 reps of the following exercises in the order listed below. There is no right or wrong way to do this workout, you can perform however many reps as you want in each set as long as you reach 100-reps in total for each exercise. If you need to, put the weight down and rest, then when you’re ready continue your set until you reach 100 reps. Then move onto the next exercise. Time the workout and try to beat your time the next time you perform this workout. Always keep good form and never sacrifice technique.
