Instructions: 

Perform 3 rounds of the exercises listed below, power through as quickly as possible keeping good technique throughout. The workout will take 18-mninutes, rest when required.

Round 1: Perform 90 seconds of each exercise.

Round 2: Perform 60 seconds of each exercise.

Round 3: Perform 30 seconds of each exercise.

  • Switch mill
  • Switch mill (other side)
  • Switch squat + rotational uppercut
  • Tornado’s
  • Trailblazers
  • Rotational archers
