Instructions:
There are 4 stations, on each station there are two exercises, perform 1 exercise for 12 reps then perform the other exercise for 12 reps. Stay on each station for 4-minutes trying to complete as many sets as possible in each 4-minute round. Have a 60-second rest between stations.
Station 1:
360 to front squat
Switch side lunge (6 reps each side)
Station 2:
Push ups
Kayak
Station 3:
Uppercut lunge (6 reps each side)
Bullwhip (6 reps each side)
Station 4:
Uppercuts (change sides each set)
Switch curls
