STEP 2: You’ll go through a nutritional survey and movement screen so we can design a nutrition and fitness program that is specifically catered to you.

STEP 3: Your fitness levels will be assessed to gauge your current situation and measure future progress.

STEP 4: Together we discuss your goals, set you an achievable and realistic timeframe, then devise you a plan.

STEP 5: Start personal training, we ask that you train a minimum of 4 times per week, at least twice per week with us.

STEP 6: As part of your fitness regimen a training program will be designed for you to follow on the day’s you don’t train with your personal trainer.

STEP 7: If you’re not assessing you’re guessing! We do regular fitness assessments to measure your progress and to keep you on track.
