    The free of charge steel mace is fantastic value. I have another steel mace that I used previous to commencing the course but the mace provided with the course is of much better quality.

    Amazing product, incredible quality. I’m a pretty fit bloke, 6 foot 2 and 85kg, and I probably could have started with the 3kg. My advice – don’t be a hero, how these maces are weighted makes them deceptively heavy. For reference, a baseball bat weighs about 500g, so swinging a 4kg mace is the same weight as 8 baseball bats. Terrible reference but you get the point.

    I’m really happy with this product and the service from Dangerously Fit. It arrived promptly and I was kept up to date with the shipping details. The daily videos for 5 days with mace starting basics were helpful. The product is high quality and it’s a really fun training tool to use. I find myself picking it up every day just to play around with. I’m strong for a female so I went with the 4kg. It’s still a bit too heavy for me for exercises like 360s and 10 to 2s but I find holding it higher on the grip to reduce the leverage still allows me to use it well. After two weeks I’m already feeling the benefits so I’m sure another 2-4 weeks of training will have me doing these exercises with the 4kg with the proper grip position. Thanks again. Very happy with this purchase.

    Customer service from Dan was great, being a larger frame (110kgs) I am more interested in reps – mobility of joints etc than building more strength, the 4kg is great for this as well as honing technique before going to the 9kg I have, the 4kg also opens up more movement options for me such as single arms exercises. In short very happy I purchased the 4kg – loving it!

    The mace, like, the clubs is well made and balanced and should last until I’m not around anymore and well beyond.

    Love my mace! It’s a great product, made very well. Has a nice feel to it, long shaft allows for better flow when doing 360’s and other movements. Not too heavy, which makes it easier to handle and control while focusing on technique. Shoulder and grip strength is improving quickly. You can do lots of fun workouts with cool movements.
    Don’t get too confident though, it will bust you haha
