• The water can become cloudy if left in the bag for several months, to prevent this from happening add 1/4 cup of plain white vinegar for every 4 litres of water inside the bag. The vinegars acidity will help neutralize the alkalinity in the water preventing the discolouration of the water.
• If you would like to keep track of exactly how much water is in the bag before emptying, lay the bag flat and use a non-water resistant marker to mark the water level on the side of bag. Now you’ll know exactly how much water to use the next time you fill the bag.
• When performing push ups on the bag ensure the valve and logo are facing upwards.
• Avoid leaving the aqua bag in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time and cover with a towel if left in the car.
• If possible store the bag away from extreme cold or heat to avoid the water freezing or the plastic from melting.
• Failure to follow the maintenance guidelines could result in damage or leaking.
