Although the 8 kg steel club didn’t work well for me as it is a little bit heavy, I exchanged it for a 2 kg and it’s just perfect for me as I can handle with my forearms. I have started to use steel clubs in conjunction with kettlebells and dumbbells during a workout. These clubs are very well made and balanced. Take note of the weight guide on the website. These are a different experience altogether with a whole lot more going on. This weight is half the kettlebell weight for single arm work but feels so much more heavier. DF offer a very good product. The shipping was fast.

An extremely well constructed steel club that should last forever! The shape, finish and diameter of the grip fits my hands well and provides positive control.
