Yoga is an excellent way for you to unwind, heal your body and improve your posture and overall flexibility. It's also fantastic for abdominal strength and core stability.
Warrior Workout focuses purely on strength training. This class is slightly more advanced and is recommended for people that have been in the Dangerously Fit program for a minimum of 12 weeks. Please book in advance with the office to attend.
DF Elite is for our advanced Members that have been in the Dangerously Fit Program for a minimum of 3 months. Please contact our office for more details.
