Steel club swipes combine the swing with the arm cast so this movement hits the glutes, hamstrings, lats, shoulders and forearms all at once. I like to do them for high reps towards the end of my workout for metabolic conditioning, or, I go heavy which is excellent for developing strong shoulders and a powerful grip. Stand with your feet close together to allow the clubs to swing past your legs, hinge the hips once the clubs passes your body and try to keep your elbows tucked in and close to your ears at the top.
