Dangerously Fit Academy is LEGIT 🔥 I enrolled into the Kettlebell Level 1 & Level 2 course in Melbourne and I have to say it was just an awesome experience! I learnt so much in 2 days that has now really grown my knowledge and ability to perform new exercises confidently and safely with Kettlebells. Dan is a smart, approachable and fun guy who just instantly makes you feel comfortable and eager to learn! He knows his stuff, his teaching style is perfect. I completed the Level 1 & 2 Kettlebell Certification in Darwin this weekend.
Not having a lot to do with KB’s previously, I found the course challenging but also very rewarding.
Dan covered the basics from teaching cues and fixes to the more advanced movements as well as regressions.
Perfect balance of theory to practical and some killer group challenges.

I did the Level 1 Kettlebell course with Dan in Adelaide – I’m not a PT, I was doing it for my own development and it was definitely a day well spent. Dan certainly knows his stuff and being a trainer-based course, you have a chance to recap properly by showing a classmate how to do each exercise – it’s a great way to make sure you have learned it. 5 stars, would definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to learn to lift and swing a bell properly!

Just completed Kettlebell Principles Level 1 and 2 in Melbourne. As someone who has trained for years I didn’t think I would learn as much as I did over the weekend! Dan relayed information really clearly and made sure everything was so easy to understand. The course was super interactive and met so many like minded people in the mean time. 10/10 would definitely recommend this course 😊

I first discovered Dangerously Fit when trying to order my first pair of Clubbells. I was fortunate enough that Dan was holding a few workshops on the Sunshine Coast and I’m really glad I made the trip up.
I’ve done both of Dan’s Clubbell and Kettlebell workshops and I’ve learned a lot doing both of them. The Steel Clubbells were completely new to me and Dan took us through all the core movements so that a beginner would be able to get through. The same for Dan’s kettlebell Workshop. We started off getting the key movements right before dialling up the skills.
More than anything, I like the functional movement base that Dan is providing. This isn’t something I’m experienced in different gyms across Brisbane and I’m glad I took up the opportunity to train with Dan.

Just completed my Kettlebell level 1 and 2 course in Darwin with Dan, coming from a bodybuilding and strength background kettlebells are something I’m not used to and I thought it was going to be a little bit boring.
But, Dan made things easier and we had so much fun doing it!
Definitely something I will include in my clients programming from now on 😊

I just completed my kettlebell course with Dan and I did level 1 & 2. And I absolutely loved it.
I loved that it was a small group and he really had time to give us individual coaching and see us all both practicing the movement but also coaching them to a partner.
I really appreciated the structure of the course and the layout of the days.
I now feel confident practicing the movements on my own and bring it into both my own training and my clients.

Given all the positive words I’d read about Dan and his courses it’s fair to say that my expectations had been set pretty high. Well Dan smashed those expectations right out of the park. Brilliant program content and exceptional coaching/teaching style. Dan’s kitted me out with a serious bunch of skills that will serve me well into the future. I couldn’t have asked for more from either Dan or the Dangerously Fit course. Knowing how great they are only makes me more eager to launch into the Steel Clubs course when it’s run.

Dan’s style of coaching allows students to build upon skills and retain a concentrated amount of knowledge in a relatively short period of time. I walked away with additional cues, skills and “fixes” to easily improve the experience of my clients. I would recommend this kettlebell course to brand new and experienced fitness professionals and even individuals interested in improving their own training.

I did the Kettlebell Level 1 and 2 in Sydney. I recommend this class for anyone looking to improve their skills and knowledge. The class was very hands-on. It was not only fun and interactive but also very well structured. We got a lot of practice time (to teach the technique as well as to do the movement).
