The Aqua Power Bag Reverse Lunge & Side Bend is an excellent movement for challenging the core in the frontal plane. The exercise is essentially a reverse with lateral flexion at the bottom part of the movement. The core is really forced to engage as the water rushes from one side of the bag to the other.
