She Trains 5x A Week
Beyonce trains 5 times a week along with her personal trainer. She is going to perform 30 minutes of cardio exercises in the morning, then 45 minutes of lifting weights.
Moreover, she also practices some choreography 7 times a week for about 9 hours at the same time.
Beyonce Runs Almost Every Day
For 5 days in a week, she is going to jog for around 15 minutes each day. This is part of Beyonce’s warm-up exercise, and she makes use of it to be able to prepare throughout her workout.
She Does Weight Lifting
