We train on the sand in front of Bondi skate park Monday at 7pm, Tuesday and Thursday at 6.15am, Saturday at 7am.
We train on the grass in front of Ravesis Monday and Wednesday at 9.15am and Wednesday evening at 7pm.
Yoga: South Bondi on the concrete at 6am. Bring a mat or beach towel.
