MMA has revolutionised the world of combat sports and with it revolutionised the world of fitness training, MMA fighters are amongst the fittest and strongest athletes in the world.
…And now we’re bringing MMA training to Dangerously Fit.
Our MMA conditioning classes will offer a new dimension to your traditional training program with new exercises that will challenge you in a completely new way.
Whether you’re a beginner looking to increase your fitness or have been with Dangerously Fit for a while and need a new challenge, our MMA instructor will design the workouts for all levels of fitness for both men and women.
We’ll kick off the program on week 1 with an induction class teaching you the basic MMA drills and skills… then each week progress the intensity and complexity of the workouts.
The classes will be held in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs every Saturday at 7am (1 hour) starting 7th March.
The group will be restricted to 15 people (1st come – 1st serve) to ensure our instructor can give you the proper attention and instruction needed.
The 6 week MMA training program is FREE to all Dangerously Fit members.
However, because this program is strictly limited to 15 people there will be a cover charge of $20 (per class) if you book and don’t show – as you will be taking someone else’s spot.
If you are NOT currently training with Dangerously Fit but would like to join it’s $120 for the 6 week program.
