The clocks went back yesterday… finally, it’s so good to see the sunrise again at boot camp in the mornings.
The next month is going to be crazy busy at Dangerously Fit.
We have our Autumn 6-Week Challenge, kids boot camp, Sydney kettlebell certification, City2Surf training and online coaching programs all kicking off within 3-weeks of each other…
… I’m gonna need a holiday real soon!

2019 City2Surf Training

Continuing on our national kettlebell tour, last month we held our Dangerously Fit Academy kettlebell certification in Canberra.
Not as glamorous as Brisbane – but a nice weekend away with the family and an awesome bunch of personal trainers none the less.
