Most hollywood celebrities are anxious about getting back into shape that they engage into some serious personal training even before the baby is due.

It seems that it’s different in the case of Kristin Cavallari who recently had a baby with her boyfriend, NFL star Jay Cutler.

Unlike other celebrities who dive into hours, as long as 9 a day, to get themselves rid of the bulges, Kristin Cavallari sticks to the simplest fitness routine and still emerge with an amazing bikini body.

Kristin Cavallari’s Personal Training Exercises

According to Kristin Cavallari, she doesn’t push herself too hard when it comes to losing the baby fat and the weight that she had gained from her pregnancy. However, she’s not doing it alone either.

Kristin Cavallari works out four times a week with a personal training. She usually does about 20 minutes of cardio exercises then follows it up with about 30 minutes of weights, 40 minutes even, when she’s up to it. She also does her favorite combination routine: Lunges + Bicep curl.

Why is she still so svelte despite not having a rigorous workout? Kristin Cavilleri likes doing her stretches outside of the house and jogs a lot, but she thinks that breastfeeding has played a huge part in her weight loss process.

Here’s an article on US Weekly regarding Kristin Cavallari’s bikini body:

Kristin Cavallari Not Forcing Personal Training

Cavallari — who welcomed Camdenon Aug. 8, 2012 with fiance Jay Cutler — revealed her super-slim post-baby bikini body during a relaxing trip to Mexico on April 7. Wading thigh-deep into the water, she rocked a skimpy pastel-printed two-piece with a halter top and ruffled bottoms.

The Hills alum seems to have dropped the pregnancy weight in record time, but she insists she didn’t overdo it. “I’ve been on the treadmill and [I’m] doing a little jogging, but I’m taking it easy and not killing myself,” she told US Weekly in October of her post-baby fitness plan. “I haven’t really been stressing about it, either. I think that helps.”

Of course, exercise isn’t the only way Kristin Cavallari had been getting back into shape. Her personal training comes with a nutrition plan that she follows. Here are a couple of tips that we can get from Ms. Cavallari’s diet:

2 Great Tips From Kristin Cavallari’s Personal Training Diet Plan

1. Cut down on alcohol.

Apparently, Kristin Cavallari is an eater, so she decided to cut down on the one thing that she can actually let go from her meals: Alcohol.
A glass of wine is about the same number of calories as 4 chocolate chip cookies while a pint of lager has as much calories as a rich slice of pizza. That’s about 244 calories. Cutting out alcohol can really help reduce the calories that your body consume.

2. Eat 5 small meals a day for 6 days and spare one day for your cheat day.

Eating 5 small meals instead of 3 regular meals a day lessens your tendencies for cravings because you’re always full.

The good thing about 5 small meals is that you can plan what you’re going to eat instead of getting tempted into giving in to your cravings and rebelliously eating all the junk food you’ve been prohibited to eat.

Eat whatever you want on your cheat day. That way, you won’t feel deprive and feel the same way as the paragraph above.

Personal training can be tough, but it doesn’t have to be cruel. Most people who failed in their fitness plans and have hung up their gloves, so to speak, have found their programs a bit too constricting. It’s important to have fun and to enjoy your weight loss journey so that you can stick to it for a long time.
