The Bulgarian bag is a crescent shaped bag filled with sand and made from rip-resistant vinyl with a variety of holding handles and straps.

The shape of the bag and its handles lends itself perfectly for swinging, spinning, rotating and lifting movements through multiple planes of movement.

The bag can also be gripped, grabbed, dragged and grappled in an almost endless number of ways making the Bulgarian bag an extremely versatile and useful training tool.

The crescent shape contours the body perfectly making traditional strength training exercises such as lunges, squats and good mornings comfortable to perform.
