Sandbags are versatile training tool that can be pulled, pressed, swung, thrown, carried and dragged. In this video I’m going to discuss several different sandbag drags that you can perform, which are not only fun, but add some variety to your training.

These sandbag drag movements can be used for building upper and lower body strength as well as conditioning. The four sandbags drags that I’ll be demonstrating in this video are;

  1. Sandbag Bear Crawl Drag
  2. Sandbag Plank Pull Through Drag
  3. Sandbag Table Top Drag
  4. Sandbag Monkey Drag
