Nowadays, in this modern lifestyle, a lot of working professionals hardly have time to look after their own health and get regular exercise. Climb the stairs

Working your way up and down the stairs is an excellent cardio exercise. After doing it, take the next minutes cooling down and then take your quick lunch.
If it’s Possible, Go to the Gym
It isn’t really a choice for everybody, but when you will find the luck to be situated near to a gym, you will be able to spend some time on your lunch break to go to the gym. It does not have to take two hours to get a good workout. As a matter of fact, 20 minutes on the treadmill machine regularly and on a daily basis, jogging or walking is an excellent way to build some stamina and get your heart pumping.
Make sure you bring extra clothes and towel, to get a quick shower and freshen up prior to getting back to work. If you want a longer shower, you may also bring a snack along with you so that you can use the last 10 minutes of your lunch break back into the office to slowly munch and fill in your stomach.
Exercise in the Office
In case your office has privacy and space, you can bring some fitness equipment and workout in your office during your lunch break. Several things you can bring are hand held weights, an exercise ball, or you can just do some sit-ups and push-ups right beside your desk.
