Week 1 – Kippax Lake Bodyweight Break-In

Awesome work this morning transformers at week 1 of the Dangerously Fit 6 Week Body Challenge.

As usual we kicked off the 6 week program with the ‘Kippax Lake Bodyweight Break-In’ workout… a solid 60 mins of bodyweight strength training and high intensity cardio to prepare the body for the more intense sessions later in the program.

These were our biggest ever fat burn classes at Dangerously Fit… with 120 people attending the Centennial Park session and another 40 people in St George.

Congratulations to the yellow, purple and white teams for winning the team games – a very close finish right to the end.

Be sure to have a well deserved day off tomorrow and we’ll see you again next week for week 2 at Queens Park for the ‘Queens Park Rope Mania workout.
