I’m just finishing writing this months newsletter from Sydney Airport so I’ll keep it short.
I’m waiting for my plane to Cambodia, I’ll be checking out the Angkor Wat and doing some other cool things like shooting AK 47’s and rocket launchers.
Then I’m gonna head back to Spain & the U.K to catch up with friends and family… so I’ll be away for a few weeks:)
Good to see many of you out Saturday for the our Dangerously Fit social night, I managed to make it home by 2am so wasn’t too dusty yesterday.
As usual there’s been a tonne of things happening at Dangerously Fit in the last month or so so without further ado…
6 WEEK BODY WINNERS
Well done to everyone that completed the 6 Week Challenge… great to see so many transformations in such a short space of time!
Congratulations to our two winners: Simon Hodgekins won our male category losing 11.1 kilos and 11.8% of his total bodyweight. Siobhan Doherty won our female category losing 5.5 kilos and 9.3% of her total bodyweight… Both our winners received over $3000 worth of prizes – enjoy:)

And to get you ‘Dangerously Fit’ for the event, we’re putting on special two hour classes…
The Dangerously Fit Tough Mudder Program is 16 weeks of two hour hardcore fitness classes designed to test your strength and stamina, and fully prepare you for the gruelling 20 km obstacle course designed by the British Special forces.
The program starts June 15th and is FREE for all Dangerously Fit members partaking in the event… or $320 for non-Dangerously Fit members.
Classes are held Saturday’s 7am – 9am in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. Numbers are strictly limited and spots will fill FAST!

DANGEROUSLY FIT KIDS
The Dangerously Fit Kids Program will be kicking off again in a couple of months… we have adapted our Boot Camp Program especially for kids.
The training combines strength and cardiovascular games / drills designed to improve strength and fitness… but more importantly to make exercise an enjoyable experience.
We use equipment including battling ropes, sand bags, balls, hurdles, tyres, skipping ropes, hoops etc.
