The Aqua power bag side swing is the frontal plane version of the sagittal plane swing. Except instead of swinging the bag through the legs, swing the bag across the front of the body. Remember to charge your weight in the opposite direction to where the bag is. For example, if the bag is to the right of the body, shift your weight to the left to counter the weight otherwise you’ll be pulled off balance.
