In today’s workout, I’m putting our Adjustable Maverick Mace through its paces. The routine comprises 4 rounds, each lasting 4 minutes. Within each round, there are 4 sets, with each set lasting for 50 seconds followed by a 10-second rest. Once all 4 sets in a round are completed, take a 2-minute rest before moving on to the next round. The entire workout is designed to be completed in 22 minutes.
