Workout Instructions

There are 3 stations, on each station there are 2 exercises, stay on each station for 6-minutes, perform 6 reps of Exercise A, then 6 reps of Exercise B, power through as many sets as possible in the 6-minutes.

Rest 60-seconds then move onto the next station.

Station 1: Maverick Mace – (Two handed)

  • Mace Rotational Archers
  • Mace Power Squats

Station 2: Maverick Torque – (Singles)

  • Torque Switch Shield Cast
  • Torque Two Handed Alternating Mill

Station 3: Maverick Club – (Doubles)

  • Club Double Swipes
  • Club Alternating Rotational Torch Press
