In today’s workout, I’m putting our Adjustable Maverick Mace through its paces.

The workout comprises 4 rounds, each lasting 4 minutes. Within each round, there are 4 sets, with each set lasting for 50 seconds followed by a 10-second rest.

Once all 4 sets in a round are completed, take a 2-minute rest before moving on to the next round.

The entire workout is designed to be completed in 22 minutes.

– Steel Mace 360, Squat, Switch & Rotational Uppercut
– 50 seconds of work
– 10 seconds of rest

Round 4 = 4 mins (complete 4 sets)
– Alternating Swing Reverse Lunge Uppercut
– 50 seconds of work
– 10 seconds of rest
