This week’s video is a full body workout with our Adjustable Maverick Mace, the workout is called Full Body 360.

Perform 12 reps of each exercise without stopping, rest 90-seconds then start your 2nd round.

The goal for the workout is to power through as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 20 minutes.


  • 12 reps x Switch 360
  • 12 reps x 360 side lunge
  • 12 reps x 360 spinning uppercut
  • 12 reps x 360 front squat
  • 12 reps x 360 archer
  • 12 reps x 360 reverse lunge
