This week’s video is a full body workout with our Adjustable Maverick Mace, the workout is called Full Body 360.
Perform 12 reps of each exercise without stopping, rest 90-seconds then start your 2nd round.
The goal for the workout is to power through as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 20 minutes.

- 12 reps x 360 side lunge
- 12 reps x 360 spinning uppercut
- 12 reps x 360 front squat
- 12 reps x 360 archer
- 12 reps x 360 reverse lunge
