Happy New Year!
Hopefully you had a nice break over Xmas and are feeling refreshed and focused on reaching your 2013 fitness goals.
It’s been a scorcher of a summer so far and it’s gonna get hotter with temperatures of 43 degrees forecast for today.. make sure you drink plenty of fluids out there.
It’s good to be back at boot camp and back into the routine… and to start the year we’ll be kicking off this Saturday the Warrior Workout our Balmain location re-opens Monday the 14th January and our next 6 Week Body Challenge starts February 2nd.
Unfortunately the Tough Mudder event has been postponed till April so we’ll re-commencing the Tough Mudder training program early March.
In the meantime we’re putting on another ‘Warrior Workout’ that focuses purely on strength training.
This class is perfect for those of you that would like to:
– Build muscle
– Tone your body
– Do strength training ONLY
This class is slightly more advanced and is recommended for people that have been in the Dangerously Fit program for a minimum of 8 weeks.
What = Warrior Workout
When = Saturday 8.30-8.15am
Where = Centennial Parklands (Moore Park – opposite football stadium).
Price = Free to boot camp members and $25 per session for non-members
