Dangerously Fit are putting on an 8 week training program designed to get you over the finishing line in record time.

Our team ‘The Dangerous Spartans’ will be kicking off the 8 week training program on February 8th.

Stair training + Sandbags = Fun!

Each 90 minute session will be held on Saturdays at a different location in Sydney to make use of different terrains.

Some of the training includes…

√  Total body strength and conditioning workouts using olympic rings, TRX, kettlebells, battling ropes, tyre flipping, power bags and lot’s more to build your strength.

√ High intensity cardio sessions at the Cronulla Sand dunes, Sydney’s best set of stairs and the famous Balmoral burn hill run to increase your cardio.

√ Soft sand running, combined with strength training and water sprints for an all round awesome workout.

√ And heaps of other cool stuff!

If you’re doing the Spartan Race, Tough Mudder or are looking for a new challenge in 2014, then this program is for you – no other training program gives you this amount of preparation, variety and fun!

The program is free to all Dangerously Fit members and $197 for non-DF members.

To ensure each member receives proper instruction numbers will be strictly limited to 30 people on a first come first serve basis, and places always fill fast!
