The Kids fitness Bootcamp will start again during the next School Holidays :  From 24th September to 04th October 2012

Second Great News!! This year, you will have the option to train too!!

The Kids Boot Camp will be held from 9am to 11am and in the meantime, you will be able to join our Adult Boot Camp Class that will start at 9.15am only 50 meters away from your kids.

Dangerously Fit Kids (4 to 10 years old) is $30 / kid /session on casual basis or $99 for 2 Weeks of unlimited training.

It’s a fun, non-intimidating, non-competitive Kids Fitness Program designed to help children improve their cardiovascular fitness, strength, endurance, coordination and body fat percentage with exciting workouts that will encourage a lifetime of healthy habits.

We play a lot of games and our qualified kids trainers are very creative and know exactly how to keep your children active and interested with a wide range of different games and fun activities.

Dangerously Fit Adults is free for Dangerously Fit Members or $20 pp / session on casual basis or $60 for 2 Weeks for unlimited training on the 9.15am – 10.00am sessions.

The type of activities we do are a combination of resistance training (using kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, Olympic rings, sandbags, bodyweight) and high intensity cardio (circuits, sprints, relays, intervals, hill/stair training) etc. Each session last 45 minutes.

Timetable:

Monday / Wednesday : Bondi Beach (training on the sand)

Kids From 9am to 11am & Adults From 9.15am to 10am

Tuesday / Thursday : Mortdale (Olds Park)

Kids From 9am to 11am & Adults From 9.15am to 10am
