The steel mace standing pullover is an excellent upper body exercise that works multiple muscle groups.

Teaching Points

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart.
  2. Keep your spine neutral throughout the movement.
  3. Keep your abs braced and glutes tight.
  4. Hold the mace in front of you.
  5. Raise the mace over your head.
  6. Then lower the mace back to the starting position.
