This week is our last at Dangerously Fit in 2018.
Tis the season to be jolly and to reflect on this years successes and failures.
Taking the time to reflect is an important part of learning and growing and to ensure past mistakes don’t repeat themselves.
On a personal note: 2018 was a year of many mistakes, a few failures but lot’s of lessons learned…. lessons that will stay with me for many years to come.

Take some time today to write it all down, have clarity on…
• What you want.
• What you’re willing to do to achieve it.
• What price you’re willing to pay to ensure it happens.
• And, what possible hurdles you might have to overcome.
Now, visualise yourself achieving your goal and how good it makes you feel.
Remember this feeling of success and repeat the process at least once a day or whenever you need some extra motivation.
