First time I used a steel mace. Have been training with kettlebells and club bells for about 15 years but still found the mace a challenge. Love the 3kg mace as a warm up and rehab tool. I was apprehensive as I have shoulder injuries and had to back of weights for quite some time. The light mace though actually feels comfortable and am now using it rehab my shoulders.
