    Fantastcic bit of kit. Great quality, with extra grippy knurling.
    The offset weight takes a bit of getting used to, but the variety of exercises is unreal and Dan’s tutorials are extremely helpful.

    As soon as the 6kg Bulava arrived I scrapped my dodgy third-party 4kg Bulava and ordered a replacement from Dangerously Fit.

    I bought the 2kg and 4kg maces for myself for mobility and to ease a nerve impingement in my shoulder. Im loving them. Glad I started off light – 4 kg on the end of a pole is very different to standard weights! Been great for my shoulder mobility.
