So pleased with DF Inner Circle. Have received three weeks of instructional videos. The videos are well presented, easy to follow, and contain great progressive exercises. The warm up routines are terrific and l’ve adopted them into daily use for all my exercise routines. The club and mace videos as l said are progressive and l’ve benefited from going back to basics and refining my techniques. Dan’s tuition very helpful breaks down moves into the key components and stresses points where mistakes can be made. My 360s have greatly improved as a result. I look forward to each week’s new instalments. I would recommend the DF Inner Circle to anyone setting out or wishing to refine and progress their clubs/mace exercises.
