Its really comprehensive and definitely value for money. You need 3 x 1 to 1.5 hr sessions with a laptop or tablet each week to practice technique & follow the cues. It helps to have indian clubs, 2 weights of steel clubs and 2 weights of steel mace beforehand but I only have one pair of clubs & one mace & Im ok. I definitely plan on getting some more equipment over time. I’d love to teach this in a nice open studio. These styles have an artistic element to them along with precise technique and a sports base. I really like it. Highly recommend.

The courses are really well designed. They contain progressive steps-from beginner moves to intermediate and advanced. Explanations are clear. There is also a pdf for quick reference. I really love it.
