   Great course, all techniques are broken down to simple and easy to follow steps. For someone like myself who hasn’t used this kind of training tool for very long it’s great to have everything broken down to its simplest form for anyone to understand. Loving the content and learning about ancient training methods so I can implement them into my own training and also for my clients.

   Very happy with my course that I purchased. The Mace Mastery course is very informative and has some great exercises which you can teach your clients. Dan is very thorough in his marking and picks up details which you may miss when you are videoing yourself.
   Most recommended for anyone who wishes to learn the unconventional forms of strength and fitness.

   Dan is an incredible teacher who is really engaging, the videos are very well presented and really go through all the steps needed for each exercises, I highly recommend this course to anyone who is thinking about it really great value for money, you won’t regret it!
