Instructions

Perform each exercise for 50 seconds with a 10 second rest between exercises. Perform three sets in total with a 60 second rest between sets.

1. Sandbag power clean
2. Sandbag sumo deadlift
3. Sandbag shoulder to shoulder press
4. Sandbag hack squat
5. Sandbag hollow holds
6. Sandbag shoulder get-ups

Total workout time: 20-minutes.

Progressions

Beginners use basic variations and rest where needed. Advanced people use heavier weights or try to perform more reps each set.
