Overview
The steel club snatch is an exercise typically performed with a kettlebell, barbell or dumbbell… but can also be done with a steel club.
Teaching Points
- Begin the snatch by performing a one-arm swing (inside or outside of the legs)
- Use the ‘hip snap’ to drive the club forwards and upwards.
- Lock out the arm and keep the bicep close top the ear.
- Fluidly lower the steel club so it drops back onto a swing.
