Having a play with the 12kg (26.5lb) steel club. This flow workout is a little more advanced, I’ll be posting some beginner workouts up here soon.

The steel club is a fantastic full body strength and conditioning tool… and lot’s of fun.

If I’m using a lighter weight like this I like to go for longer rounds of 3-5mins.

If I go heavy using the 20kg (45lb) club the rounds are much shorter, usually 1-2 minutes.
